Q: What is the Beautiful Boozers App?

The Beautiful Boozers app helps you discover the best pubs you’d normally whisper about if you didn’t want the whole world to know.

Some are steeped in history, others are quirky, cosy or unapologetically old school, but all share that unmistakable Beautiful Boozers character. No fillers, no bland modern refurbs - just the real pubs.  It’s a handpicked collection, not a numbers game.

Q: Do all the Beautiful Boozers have photos and write-ups?

A: We're still growing - not all pubs across the UK and Europe have photos or write-ups yet. But the best London pubs have been photographed by us, and every pub we feature is worth a visit. 

Q: How can I buy the Beautiful Boozers App?

You can sign up to the app via our beautifulboozers.app web app and download the app for free from the App Store and Google Play or do it directly in the stores.

However the free version has very limited features due to highly curated content.

Q: How can I edit my profile?

A: Tap the settings icon in the upper left corner of your account page, then select Manage Profile to edit your personal details. Don’t forget to save your changes.

Q: How can I change my email and password?

A: Tap the settings icon in the upper left corner of your account page, then select Manage Email & Password and follow the instructions.

Q: How do I delete my Beautiful Boozers account?

A: Tap the settings icon in the upper left corner of your account page, then select Delete Account.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in Manage Subscription before deleting your account, otherwise you may still be charged.

For the best experience, make sure you’re on a strong mobile or Wi-Fi signal before starting.

Q: How can I cancel my subscription?

It depends where you bought it.

If you subscribed via our desktop or mobile web app, your subscription is managed by Stripe - cancel it in Manage Subscriptions.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings.

Not sure where you signed up? You can check in Manage Subscriptions in the app.

Q: What happens to my content when my access expires or if I cancel my subscription?

A: Your account reverts to the free version. You’ll no longer see your saved favourites, lists, or visited pubs - but don’t worry, we can restore everything if you subscribe again, whether that’s a one-off 3-month access or a lifetime plan.

Q: Do I have to cancel my subscription first before I want to delete my account?

A: Yes. If you delete your account without cancelling, you may still be charged.

Q: Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the Beautiful Boozers app?

A: Yes, refunds are possible.

If you purchased directly from us via the desktop web app, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us.

If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google.

We don’t have access to their billing or payment details, so we can’t issue or authorise refunds on their behalf.

Any requests must go through their systems directly.
